While Scottish nursery school teacher Liv Holland's twin brother is on the fast track to marriage, Liv is still trying out blind dates, often with disastrous results. Her last was especially crushing, as she was inadvertently matched with Arran Adebayo, her brother's best friend, a single dad whom she's always carried a torch for. When Liv arrived for the date, the shock on Arran's face seemed to confirm that he had no interest in actually dating her. Awkward, especially since Liv already promised to babysit Arran's young son to give Arran time to pursue his portrait-painting side gig. Add on numerous pre-wedding shenanigans, and Liv cannot escape the bubbly feeling Arran still manages to inspire. As for Arran, his shock at seeing Liv in her date best may have ruined his opportunity to confess he's had growing feelings for the gorgeous woman who's always ready to lend a helping hand. As the wedding draws near, Liv and Arran will need to confront their magnetic connection or risk losing each other forever.
