Hopeless romantic Claire Kowalski thought her relationship with ranch hand Ford Jarvis would lead to a happily ever after, but Ford has always believed the men in his family are cursed when it comes to love, and split without a word the moment things got serious. Two years later, the hunky heartbreaker accepts a temporary job as foreman of Claire’s family’s ranch, hoping he’ll be able to help out Claire’s father and avoid the woman he hasn’t been able to get off his mind.
