      It's a formula that inspirational speakerradio personality Smith has followed twice before in books: list the top 10 and contrast each with the alternative. In this case, the subject is entrepreneur-employee, a topic the author knows by heart. So, for instance, he addresses failure and the two widely varying perspectives. To entrepreneurs, it means great feedback; to employees, a terrible blow. He develops his philosophy through some very personal storiesin this section, among the ice-cream-smoothies store that cost him nearly half a million dollars. The other nine distinctionswealth versus money, future versus past, as two examplesare populated with not only anecdotes and common insights but also driven by his conviction in their worth.
